Cooking for our community
We are a family run, Latina owned kitchen right here in Springfield. Create a Bowl started with Shara Beabrauth, a Springfield mom and former 911 dispatcher who has always shown love through food.
After years of looking out for our neighbors on the phone, Shara wanted to take care of them at the table too. We opened in 2025, and every bowl we serve is made the way we cook at home: fresh, generous and full of flavor.
